OUR STORY
Hi everyone, I am Eileen Kelley. I am a single mom with two kids. I studied business and advertising in college and always knew I wanted to have my own business. In 2016 I opened up my first day spa in Encinitas and soon after had 2 more locations. Business was good but after the pandemic, things slowed and It was very hard to find employees to work, along with other difficulties during that time.
Towards the end 2022 I watched a short video that caught my eye of a cotton candy vending machine. I knew right away this was something I wanted to try to do. After reaching out to many manufacturers and doing a lot of research, my boyfriend Robert and I chose a machine and decided to import it. We started our first location in Carlsbad Premium Outlets at the beginning of 2023. Since then we have been adding more locations and even opened up our first inline store at The Shoppes at Carlsbad. We have met some great people along the way, Including Ken and Katie who have really helped us in making our business grow.
It's been a wild journey, from starting with one machine to designing and creating our first self-checkout store “Linny’s Sweets” that consists of a cotton candy machine, Ice cream machine, popcorn machine, candy & capsule toy machines and more to come! To date we have a total of 9 machines and 3 Store locations.
